Wed 6:30-7:30 pm FITNESS SWIM (Try this if you want to get ready for Masters)

Practices at the Downtown Seattle YMCA:
TT 6:00-7:00 am
TT 5:30-6:30 pm

BEST Masters and the Downtown YMCA Masters have combined as one team March 2010 for competing in meets, clinics and social events. Our official name is Downtown/Bellevue Swim Team or simply: DBST (pronounced “d’Best”). We are holding joint Saturday practices at the Bellevue YMCA.

We started a new program at the Coal Creek YMCA in June 2010. Some of the swimmers from Coal Creek have joined us for open water practices and practices at Bellevue.
